Privacy policy

The data controller is SaH Analytics International, which you can reach at info@orion-intelligence.ai.

The website only collects personal data when you send the demo request form:

• first name, last name and job title;
• work email and, if you provide them, phone number and LinkedIn profile;
• organization, industry and country;
• reasons for the request and message.

To limit abusive submissions, the server keeps an encrypted, non reversible fingerprint of the IP address the request comes from. No other browsing data is collected.

• Answering your demo or contact request: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Protecting the form against abusive submissions: the publisher’s legitimate interest in securing its website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The data is intended for the teams of SaH Analytics International who answer requests. It is processed on its behalf by:

• Google Cloud EMEA Limited, which hosts the website and the database;
• Resend, which delivers the internal notification announcing a new request and the confirmation email sent to you.

No data is sold or passed on to third parties.

Resend is based in the United States, and some teams of SaH Analytics International may be located outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the safeguards of Article 46 GDPR, in particular the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

• Requests sent through the form: 3 years from receipt, then deleted automatically.
• IP address fingerprint: 2 days at most.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to info@orion-intelligence.ai: you will receive an answer within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, in France the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This website sets no cookie and uses no tracker or audience measurement tool, so no consent banner is needed.

The demo video is hosted on this website and playing it involves no third party service.

Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Requests are stored in a dedicated database that only authorized people can access, and technical logs contain none of the data entered in the form.

This policy may change, for instance to reflect a new feature of the website. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
